I started this business in 1995 for one big reason - to provide great value for our clients while building a great company to excel and grow with.  Palazzo's mission is to share this enthusiasm - to solve business problems by delivering superior service to meet our clients' goals. 

Prior to launching Palazzo, I was exposed to a wide range of business challenges and developed an understanding of the critical elements needed to maximize the benefits of technology investments.  The outcomes largely depended on the quality and dedication of a few individuals.  Palazzo was founded on the premise of superb project management, full commitment to our customers, and the hiring of the most talented individuals. 

The Palazzo team has allowed us to concentrate on providing the absolute best return on our clients' investment.  We strongly believe in personal accountability and responsibility.  Our team works directly with our clients on operating more efficiently, profitably, and with greater visibility and control.  Creating a clear and open communication channel has allowed us to continually exceed the expectations of our clients.  It is through our uncompromising drive, dedication and gratitude to our clients that we have built Palazzo into what it is today.
